A spicy and flavorful chicken curry for dinner.
500g chicken pieces
2 onions
2 tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ginger paste
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 cup coconut milk
Salt and oil
Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger in oil.
Add chicken and brown.
Add tomatoes and spices, cook 5 minutes.
Pour coconut milk and simmer until chicken is cooked. Serve with rice.
